Application for Enrollment for the 2013-2014 School Year

The Newark Charter School open enrollment period for the 2013-2014 school year is NOW CLOSED.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) The following documents are required to "complete the application":

      a. A signed and dated 2013-2014 NCS application.

      b. A copy of a current utility bill indicating the service address and the name of the homeowner. This is utilized to determine lottery preferences (per the admissions procedure).

2.) The 2013-2014 Newark Charter School Application is a pre-printed form. Please fill out the entire application by tabbing through the document and completing all the shaded fields. Print the application, sign and date the printed form.

                                                                           

3.) Obtain a copy of your current utility bill and attach it to the application.

4.) Hand deliver or mail to the school both documents no later than November 26, 2012 to be included in the lottery for the 2013-2014 school year. Faxed applications will not be accepted.

5.) The school will confirm receipt of all applications via a letter. Please validate this confirmation and contact the school if there are any discrepancies.
